Verium Planning and Asset Management is a flat annual fee Fiduciary practice. I am John Kageleiry and I started Verium in 2016 to address peoples financial planning and investment guidance needs in a better and more cost effective way. In my 18+ years working in the financial services industry it became apparent most people didn't get good help with planning for their future. Of equal concern was that most people paid far too much for their investment help and were subject to significant conflicts of interest from their advisors. So I came up with a better way.
Verium focuses on powerful yet easy to understand financial planning as a first step. Once that is complete we create an appropriate investment plan and approach. This approach focuses on low cost portfolios with broad diversification across the worlds asset classes. Perhaps most importantly we educate and support our clients to keep them out of trouble from bad decisions.
We do all this, and more, in the most transparent and cost effective way: a flat annual cost regardless of the amount of your assets. By doing so your cost is based on how much time is spent to service your unique situation and needs. And it is very cost effective. Most clients will see a significant drop in their costs, both in their investments and the cost to get professional planning done. You can see exctly what you will pay. And if you compare that cost to what you are doing today or what other advisors are offering you will typically see significant savings.

Finding a Financial Advisor through Wealthminder
Historically finding and hiring a financial advisor was hard. Wealthminder was built to make the process much easier.
The best way to use Wealthminder is to take advantage of our free proposal system. All you have to do is take a few minutes of your time to describe your situation and the assistance you are looking for.
Wealthminder then sends your request to our network of prescreened financial advisors. If a financial advisor is interested in your business, they will submit a proposal to you.
You review the proposals you receive and decide if you’d like to have a follow-up call with one or more of the financial advisors.
Throughout the process, you maintain control. We only share your contact information with a financial advisor once you ask for an introduction.
