He earned the AAMS® professional designation in December of 2018 from the College for Financial Planning. In 2021, he became a CFP® professional*, and in early 2022, earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation through the American College for Financial Planning. In January of 2022, he transitioned his business and affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services as an independent financial advisor, teaming up with Oak Crest Advisors.
Originally from Virginia, Ryan has lived in Texas since 2003. he attended the University of North Texas and graduated magna cum laude in 2007 with a bachelor’s in music education. Music is still a big part of his life and his wife, Amanda, is still a music educator. They have three children, Charlotte, Michael, and Eleanor and have lived in the Austin area since 2008.
